After completing his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at McMaster University, Jason was married, then spent a year abroad studying teacher education in Perth, Western Australia. Jason has a wide variety and diversity of teaching experience. Upon his return to Canada, Jason started working in adult education, then he spent nine years teaching high school math and physical education. In addition to his teaching experience, Jason has an abundance of coaching experience, working with children as young as three up to adults. He has coached soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton, rugby, and tennis with community programs, private camps, in schools, and overseas. Jason holds several coaching certifications that are recognized provincially, nationally, and internationally. Jason’s hobbies and interests include fitness, playing tennis, hiking/camping, travel, and spending time with his four children. Jason is excited to be partnered with Innova Academy in shaping young lives to love and serve God.
