Kevin taught in the English and Liberal Studies departments at Seneca College for 33 years, retiring in 2019. He enjoyed teaching basic composition to second language students and particularly loved developing his own advanced courses. One was “What in the World is Going On?”, an examination of bias in the mainstream media; another was “Modern Slavery”, an examination of human trafficking. He spent a sabbatical year in Cambodia learning about Christian responses to slavery and later, led a group of students to volunteer in Cambodia. Starting with medieval history in 2019 and now teaching modern history, he loves learning and teaching the senior students. Personally, Kevin is grateful for Christian fellowship, for his wife, children, grandchildren, and extended family. He loves watching the grandkids grow and develop, but he wishes they would be 7 and 10 forever.
